Windhoek to Windhoek                                                                      From R 31,861 p.p.s.

For unique wilderness experiences, activities and quality of guiding, you won’t find a better value-for-money African Safari.
Accommodation is in exclusive Tented Camps and the Hansa Hotel in Swakopmund.
Leaving Windhoek, you travel down from the highlands into the Namib Desert to your first destination at Kulala Adventurer Camp in a very large private reserve bordering the Namib Naukluft Park and Sossusvlei. Here you do day and night drives and walks, visiting Sossusvlei and the dunes of the Namib sand sea. You will learn about the unique wildlife of this area, accompanied throughout your safari by a knowledgeable and passionate guide who adds depth and colour to your picture. Optional activities include hot air ballooning, horse riding or quad biking.
After two nights at Kulala you cross the desert to reach your next destination on the Atlantic coast, the Hansa Hotel in Swakopmund. This quaint German town has good shops, restaurants, bars and markets to explore. Activities here include a Dolphin and Seal catamaran cruise from Walvis Bay, giving you the opportunity to see any of a selection of pelagic birds and marine mammals including whales in season.
Your journey now takes you by road to Damaraland, stopping en route for lunch at the Ugab Save The Rhino Trust Camp. Then continue to Damaraland Adventurer Camp for a three night stay. Here the terrain is rocky and your vistas across the desert plains see the towering Brandberg, Namibia’s highest mountain. Your activities over the next few days include visiting the rock art of Twyfelfontein, mountain biking, nature walks, day and night game drives to view abundant game in this area, tracking desert-adapted rhino and elephant and exploring the unique habitats of this true wilderness.
Leaving this area takes you to Andersson’s Camp in the Ongava Private Game Reserve just outside Etosha National Park. Here you spend two nights with activities that include a full day game drive inside Etosha and day and night drives in Ongava to view the abundant wildlife and landscapes of this exciting area.
On your last day you are transferred by road to Windhoek to complete your safari.
