Maun to Maun                                                                                       From US$ 3,570 p.p.s.

The combination of the wet and wild landscapes of the Okavango Delta and the open dry savannas of the Central Kalahari provides an all-encompassing and diverse Botswana experience. Both offer incredible gameviewing in pristine wilderness habitats, making Botswana one of the most sought-after wildlife destinations in Africa and the archetypal African Safari destination as the experience is truly exciting.
The Okavango Delta is the largest inland delta in the world with permanent swamps in the north and floodplains in the south that start filling up from the end of July. Kwara Camp offers day and night game drives and can take you offroad to follow predators on the hunt or special wildlife sightings. Kwara Camp also offers mokoro trips, boat cruises and bush walks in the Okavango Delta, providing a wonderful combination of wildlife and wilderness experiences in an awesome setting.
The Central Kalahari Game Reserve is a special environment that attracts an abundance of herbivores in summer that graze on the grasses of the nutrient-rich fossil river soils. These species in turn attract all the big cats and the open savannas offer some of the best predator sightings in Africa. The Central Kalahari has a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere that is enhanced by the chatter of birds, the barking geckos at sunset and the calls of the jackals and lions at night that reach deep into your primal soul.
Maun is the gateway to the Okavango Delta and a focal area for visiting Northern and Central Botswana.
You will savour the beauty and tranquillity of the Okavango Delta and enjoy the light aircraft flights which allow you a bird’s eyeview perspective of this spectacular region.
