The Ezulwini Valley extends south of the capital city, Mbabane.  It is an attractive area set against the backdrop of the Mdzimba Mountains where the famous peaks of Sheba’s Breast and Execution Rock are situated. Along this route there are many craft centres, a cultural village, accommodation, restaurants and some nature reserves. It is the craft centres that attract most visitors to Swaziland and which provide a very basic income to many people that live on near subsistence levels.
Further towards Manzini, Swaziland’s largest city, is the Malkerns Valley where some specialized craft shops such as Swazi Candles are situated, as well as House on Fire which should be an essential stop on anyone’s visit to Swaziland. This creative centre has a music venue, an art gallery where the artists work and exhibit, a restaurant, a craft shop, internet cafe, accommodation, ultra trendy loos and a great atmosphere.
