This thrilling Walking Safari is conducted along the beautiful and wild Zambezi River in Zimbabwe’s Mana Pools National Park.
Mana Pools is one of Africa’s finest wildlife reserves and well known for it’s predator sightings.
On this safari you will camp in luxury tents at different points along the Zambezi River, leaving camp before sunrise and reaching your next camp at sunset. It is a fully backed up and catered safari allowing you to enjoy the activities of walking and game drives in the Park.
Walking begins near the confluence of the Ruckomechi and Zambezi Rivers and continues along the Mana Pools shoreline to Ilala Camp across from Chikwenya Island in the Mana Pools ‘Wilderness Area.’
All equipment is transported by camp staff who set up your camp along the way.
Your safari is conducted by a fully qualified and armed guide whose experience, knowledge and passion for the bush will make your experience truly rewarding.
